NSPS Foundation
The National Society of Professional Surveyors Foundation, Inc. is a multipurpose, non-profit corporation which provides an avenue to preserve the past and invest in the future of surveying and mapping.
The Foundation was established to provide a 100% tax deductible mechanism to attain the following goals for surveyors:
- To promote education, study and research in the field of surveying and diffusion of knowledge thereof.
- To provide scholarships, awards, or other support to qualified students of surveying. To conduct and support educational programs, lectures, forums, or seminars in surveying and related subjects.
- To cause to be published and to distribute literary works on surveying subjects.
- To acquire, preserve, or exhibit rare books, documents, monuments, and instruments related to surveying and any items of historical interest and with significant bearing on the development and profession of land surveying.
- To receive contributions, gifts, and bequests of property both real and personal, for the general or specific purposes of the Foundation.
Over the years, surveyors have demonstrated with pride, a desire to support the preservation and development of the surveying profession both on the state and national levels. The NSPS Foundation needs your help and guidance now to perpetuate the profession nationally.
