Surveying and Land Information Science Journal

Surveying and Land Information Science is published by the National Society of Professional Surveyors in conjunctions with the American Association for Geodetic Surveying and the Geographic and Land Information Society, this quarterly journal is devoted to the sciences of surveying and mapping and related fields. Typical issues include research articles, technical papers, surveying notes, surveying education, surveying history, book reviews, and current literature reviews. The journal publishes the U.S. Report to the International Federation of Surveyors (FIG) every four years and bi-annual proceedings of the Surveying Teachers Conference. It also publishes the winning maps and plats of the annual NSPS Map/Plat Competition and research articles awarded the NSPS Student Project of the Year Award.
Members receive this journal as part of their NSPS, AAGS, or GLIS membership benefits. The SaLIS Journal is published four times a year in March, June, September and December.
